If you have any issues with your order you can use our contact page to email us. From there you will be instructed on how to get a replacement package or a full refund for your order!
Custom Orders
We pride ourselves on our work and like to quality check everything before we ship it out. Sometimes, however, a misprint falls through the cracks, especially with larger orders.
Hey Hypnos offers a 10-day return policy for any custom orders. The return window opens when the package is delivered or picked up.
To begin a refund/ return:
Take photos of any misprinted items (heavily faded, bloated, burnt, crooked, torn, ext.) Email them to [email protected] with a list of numbers, colors, and sizes.
From there we will review your request and will either:
Refund you the total you paid for the item minus the MSRP of the item in question
or
Reprint the item and deliver it within 5 business days (time subject to change depending on how many need to be reprinted)
